How we quote
You approve each phase separately, with a written scope, a price and the success criteria it will be judged against. Each phase can end with a decision to stop, so you never pay for a build the evidence doesn't support.
What moves the price of a build up or down is explained in our guide to what AI automation costs in Canada.
Because an accurate quote for AI work depends on your real processes, documents and systems, which take time to review properly. The assessment gives you a scored plan and a feasibility test you can use with any team, and if you build with us within 90 days the full fee is credited, so it costs nothing extra.
All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added to the invoice.
Build cost depends on things only an assessment reveals: how many systems the automation connects to, how varied your documents are, how accurate it must be, and where it needs to run. Rather than publish ranges that rarely match a real project, we give every client a scoped, written quote before any build starts.
A 30-minute call is enough to tell whether AI is a fit, what a first project would look like and what it would take to run it in production.
